Services design

  Key project engineering services are delivered by us through our associate consultants for our design projects. This is done to ensure design coordination. Electrical, Public Health Engineering (PHE), Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Fire safety engineering & Structural engineering are the set of services we offer. Coordinated services are our responsibility.

Feasibility study

  Project feasibility in terms of statutory, market & financial conditions shall be checked based on both in-stock & newly collected information as required by the situation. Reports shall be generated to present the findings of the study. Our exposure to global project scenario has put us in a vantage point for studying projects of varied scale & sector. The responsibility of project feasibility is ours.

Master planning

  Developments of large scale in terms of either project value & land extents shall be taken through a planning process in which all stake holders interests are kept in harmony by virtue of robust & tested planning practices addressing the whole set of parameters that are determinant. We become responsible for timeless harmony of the development.
